Les Brisants Fisheries is a privately owned French company involved in the processing and world-wide distribution of quality Atlantic North seafood products.Created in 1985 by Paul OLIVIER, the compagny is from now on directed by his two sons: Gwendall and Tual OLIVIER. Our head office and processing facility is located in Loctudy: 2nd fishing port in South Finistere. We are one of the major wholesalers of seafood products in the sector of Le Guilvinec, in Brittany.
Our purchases in the auction rooms are realized in various Ports as well as: Loctudy, Le Guilvinec, Saint-Guénolé, Lesconil, Concarneau, Roscoff…
