The auction rooms in the Cornouaille area receive and distribute every opening day: from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 to 7.30 am and from 16.30 to 18.30 pm.
Boxes are weighted by an informatic system with an automatic rail; they are then put on line under the auction room. Since 2001, the wholesale fish merchant buy their fishes aid of an electronic dial.
